Sarah Cowart serves as a Practice Administrator with Southern Oncology Specialists, where she oversees multi-site operations, develops leadership talent, and implements systems that strengthen both patient care and team performance. Prior to transitioning into management, Sarah worked as a medical assistant—an experience that deeply shaped her passion for patient-centered care. She is committed to structured leadership, accountability, and creating environments where individuals are empowered to grow and succeed. An active member of the American Legion Auxiliary, Sarah enjoys supporting and serving alongside veterans in her community. In addition to her healthcare leadership role, she is pursuing a degree in Business Administration and developing new ventures focused on expanding access to medical services. Sarah’s leadership philosophy is rooted in kindness, clarity, and the courage to make thoughtful decisions that serve both the organization and the people within it.
